Oh wow, I'm impressed. I actually uploaded a video a long time ago where I basically tried this very thing without modding/cheats (minus some power waters because I was lazy and didn't want to farm) and I was able to get only 94 hits and 939906 damage (power waters + power elixirs). I found out that I could get the most consistent results knowing 3 arts: mirage lancer, rushing gale and tempest break. Tempest break alone gave me really poor results (7 tempest breaks at most, so just 14 with war god icon) and there was no way I would have got anywhere close to 94 with that move only. Did you really get this by NOT manipulating the RNG at all? Because I'm 100% sure with tempest break only (and hyper arts but theoretically she ignores them completely) I never got more than 7-8 arts in a row.
is it possible to get miracle arts non stop while using medallion and icon, like 10x noa's ark
