Honestly, I'm not disapointed that Obasy don't change after falling in love with her.
He bullied during her childhood, accused her for nothing, wanted to kill her and make team with the one who KILLED his father and his friend.
So, if they became a couple here that would be an awfull thing, especially for the one who had suffer because of him.
