So 200k for one of these? An electric one is half the price, carries more passengers, it's quiet, does not pollute AND i'ts probably cheaper to operate. It looks like less some initiative to help the people and more like someone in government trying to make some money importing these.
Depends on the usage. You cant go far on electric and you cant carry heavy load. Unlike petrol you can use it anytime and distance wise. We are in the philippines settings where flood control is not that good.

He can apply in the actual place of where they are selling the trike and they will give him the paper work needed to be a member, I only got this information after I filmed and met couple of drivers submitting their requirements.

Its 8 pesos normally like jeepnies in their regular route but they charge additional 5 pesos off their route.
