Women in the war. How did Estonian sauna help Ukrainians.

- The project "Sauna for Ukraine" aims to deliver sauna and laundry complexes for Ukraine’s defenders. We have built and delivered 2 complexes. It is time to build the next one.
Imagine, you are constantly in the mud, under rain or in the snow, and you cannot wash yourself or your clothes.
Worse, you are also being constantly shelled by artillery. This is the reality right now for Ukrainian
defenders fighting for all our freedom. How would you keep up your fighting spirit?
That’s why military experts and sauna experts from around the world have joined forces to improve
the health, wellbeing, and morale of Ukrainian soldiers by launching Saunas for Ukraine.

You can really feel the love when your neighboring country does this for your comfort and morale. Even soldiers in other units should feel, along with their envy, strengthened by this demonstration of love and support from Estonia. What wonderful people they are! Slava Ukraini!
As Finnish person I fully support this kind of use of Sauna. During Winter War Sauna was also good way to keep warm and healthy when defending against evil CCCP.

This is a joke and a bad one! Because saunas, called banya (баня) in Russian or Ukrainian, are commonplace there and nothing out of the ordinary. So giving saunas to the Ukrainian army is like inventing the wheel twice or carrying owls to Athens. The Ukrainian army even has mobile saunas in its rear supply units.
