The place where you stumbled upon was one of the very-affordable vocational schools funded by Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The city offers job-training courses to the public through various kinds of fields that meet the demand of the current job market situations from haircutting, computer repairing, cooking, baking, massaging and more. The goal is to train people until they have enough skills so that they are able to make income from what they have learned. The cost of each course is as cheap as from 105 - 305 baht or only $3 - 8.70$. There are over 10 job-training schools all over Bangkok and most of them use a part of a local gym as the school. Each course takes 2-3 days a week for 3 months to complete to get the certificate.
COOL! You're the first youtuber ever both Thai and foreigners to visit this school. I used to learn many courses from this school (run by BKK metropolitan). Monday is the street cleaning day so it is a holiday for all street food to take a day off.

It's not an outdoor gym Serg....It was an Auto mechanic School like the Haircutting and the Barista workshops. Those Tires were meant for people to work on. 🙂
LMAO!! That made me chuckle Scott. I don’t know what I was thinking Trying to bench that after not having been to the gym in over eight months. Definitely need to start working out again.
Hi Serg, you had the option of removing parts of the video /never show failure :) you are very genuine person. What is your approach for learning the language?
I think it’s some Portland, especially on social media platforms, to show that life isn’t perfect and things don’t always go according to plan. My approach to learning the language is not very good. Lol jokes aside, I’ve just been learning a few words and phrases here and there. I have not taking any classes, I really need to do that to speed of my communication skills.
I recommend you to take some Thai language courses at Duke (Trendy Building, Nana) or RTL (Mahatun building, Ploenchit) language schools, you can visit them and sit for a free one hour class. As well as you could make a video on language where and how to learn Thai.
Hey Serg it was only worse that the Buffet was closed. I am very sorry about. It's never a failure to watch your Videos. During you was looking for food, you found many beautiful and amazing places. I love Thailand and I love the People. I am very happy, that my wife is from Thailand. I love this Video very much and i enjoy very much. You're great. Have a nice evening.

You definitely have positive thinking that leads to creative mind and finally success. Actually not far from Luppini Park there is food court in the mall called Terminal 21 on Sukumvit road, good foods with fair price.
Hi Serg, obviously you really like local street food. I think you may want to visit Silom road too, just opposite to Lumpini Park. Silom area is a crowded business district, not sure if you've already been there but definitely with lot of food, especially the market behind Bangkok Bank Headquarter, called LaLai Sap Market. Couple more places are Soi Convent and market behind ITF building but have to visit during 10am-15pm, better at lunch time. Enjoy!!!!
Serg if we never failed how we knew to get up no matter what it is.I failed so many time still today this is life keep go on at least you are not alone you got kind peoples around you all time in this land.
You’re absolutely right burger! But I see so many people afraid to take a chance or risk in life because they are afraid to fail. I just want to encourage people to always move forward. It’s OK to fail, as long as we learn a lesson from it and keep going.
I already forgot the feeling of my last life time success. Never mind, the success is cold up there, we can stay down warm and relax as long as no one ousts us up.
I'm anxious to hear your opinion of the roadside buffet. The one next to Lumphini Park gave me chronic laughing syndrome when Mark Wein's absolutely made a single super meal out of it. One that could cover your hunger for a whole day. I personally never tried this particular one, but I did at other locations. What I find is that they are great value for the hungry, but don't look for lean meat 'coz they're not part of the deal. Bon Appetit!!!
Have you been to Benjakitti Park. It’s near Lumpini park. Benjakitti park has a new zone that’s very beautiful with sunset. I live at Silom Road and love to go to the Benjakitti park at weekends. FYI most street shops and street food close on every Monday for cleaning the street and foot path.
U do not ALWAYS FAIL. it's just an opportunity to learn. How many miles do u walk in a day?. I was waiting for u to eat. Always interested in what & where u eat.
Hi again Donna. I think a few people misunderstood my reference to failure. I don’t look at it as a negative at all. We all make mistakes, and fail, at things every single day. I was just pointing out that those lessons are good opportunities for growth. I average anywhere from 4 to 6 miles a day. I will definitely go back to the food that I wanted to try and share with you all in an upcoming video

Hey, that’s a great idea! Thanks!
Thank you Manfred. I love this kid of “failure”. Lol
So cute for this VDO,especially when you met close foodshop.
Yes, that was pretty funny. I learned another good less than a day. Take the failure and turn it into a win.
@@LifewithSerg great feeling,thank you.
Yes, sir. We learn from failure. Thanks.
I think it’s one of the best ways to learn.
I love coffee! That one looked delicious 😋 I wish it was morning so I can have a coffee! LOL
I tried a bit, I don’t drink coffee so I can’t say
I always cringe when you cross large intersections…ptsd from LA and New York😵💫 I love how friendly the Thai people are! You may fail in the future as you like, but you still owe us the large buffet video 😁
I absolutely plan on going back to the buffet, and making a full video soon.
@@LifewithSerg Please try oyster with cilli paste dish!!! 😀😍
Very nice and have fun whit you from here .Good for me to learn English and welcome to Nan ✨
Happy to have you on the team!
Another fun day! enjoy your life in Thailand.
I’m definitely doing that. Thank you for your support.
Pure water is 12 baht, singha water is 7 baht. pure’ is more expensive because it is mineral water.
Ah yes. I usually buy regular water, don’t care too much for mineral.
Nice video Serg, I'm sure you could have gotten a free haircut if you had asked them 😀
They actually offered to give me one! I had to finish making the video, so I politely declined.
my vision is seeing you travelling to cambodia, laos, vietnam plus from laos travelling from viengtien to dali & lijiang via kunming/// this is a way you can see thousands of aspects in southeast asia and southern china
All of those countries are definitely on my list. I’m hoping that next year I’ll go and visit some of them.
Congrats on 15k!
Thanks!
Nice to see your video.
Have a nice day.
For Thai people, we believe if we fail something when out of the house, that all day will fail.
Interesting, I did not know that. I need to learn more about Thai culture.
Hi Serg 👋. Thank you for sharing your VDO 👍🏼
Thanks you for watching
You definitely have positive thinking that leads to creative mind and finally success. Actually not far from Luppini Park there is food court in the mall called Terminal 21 on Sukumvit road, good foods with fair price.
Yes I try to stay positive. I have been to Terminal 21 many many times. I like that food court.
Hope you enjoy yourself in Thailand, am a Thai person living in New Zealand miss Thailand xxxxx
Since I’m that much closer to Australia and New Zealand, I hope to visit those places as well.
They used to closed on Wednesday many years ago. Therefore Mondays are the taboo for the street foods in a CBDs.
Yes now I know. 555
Failure is bittersweet. I agree that it's a gateway to extended learning.
Yes exactly. Glad you agree.
Enjoy!!!!
Yeah I’ve actually found some really cool local food markets. But I haven’t tried the one you mentioned. I will go check it out.
Welcome to Thailand🇹🇭🇹🇭
Thank you!
Of course, you've got in right way when you obtained your failure. I'd like your videos can be made even more fun from chaotic vibe. Thanks👍🤟
Some of my favorite videos to make are the ones where things don’t go right and I just get lost.
Smart people learn from other people’s failure and avoid those mistakes ! 😊
Yes absolutely. That is a great way to learn.
อะหร่อยมาก 😋😋ha ha very delicious coffee Lol.. Thanks.nice video💅🤣
Yes it was very delicious! And to be totally honest with you, I never drink coffee. So to me this was a special treat.
Your Thai better a lot. And thank you so much that you made this VDO. Because I can learn English by that.
I’m happy you think my Thai is better! Thanks. Glad you can learn English as well.
I already forgot the feeling of my last life time success. Never mind, the success is cold up there, we can stay down warm and relax as long as no one ousts us up.
Yes true
I’m a new fan from Thailand ☺️☺️☺️
Welcome to the team.
Love your speech today 😀
Very happy to know that you enjoyed it.
My dad who's now in heaven once said " we learn from our mistakes, and hopefully we will make different mistakes next time" 😄
He was very right!
I've jst followed u from that clip
Very welcome to Thailand
Welcome! Thanks for your support!
just wanted to say i am really enjoying your adventures, stories and opinions 👍
Hi John. I always happy to hear that viewers like you enjoy my videos. Thanks for your support.
You or anyone don't fail. it's a new beginning. Fail is just a word. It was created to bring mankind down, don' "fall, fail" for it.
I think it’s important to fail in order for us to learn in progress. I don’t see it as a negative at all.
I definitely plan on going back, on a day that it’s open, to complete that video.
Yes, I have been to Benchakitti park several times. I recorded several of my videos there. And now I know that food vendors are closed on Monday.
Great content. A video with depth. Like it. Keep on posting.
Thank you. Sometimes I wonder if these are too serious. Lol
All you can eat street food buffet next to the breutiful Lumpini Park, seems fun!
Yes, unfortunately it was Monday so everything was closed. I’ll come back another day and try it
Great Presentation....With A Message.....👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
This place is Bangkok training centre it’s free for everyone
Such a great idea. They were all so nice.
I am also the one knowing you from the "Up Comment Channel" Hahaha!
Welcome to the channel!
Hi Sir someday if you want real peaceful. Try meditation. It is important to chose right temple. The temple name (Wat Pah Nanachat is a Thai Theravada Buddhist monastery in northeast Thailand about 15 kilometres from the city of Ubon Rachathani. It was established in 1975 by Ajahn Chah as a training community for non-Thais according to the norms of the Thai Forest Tradition. Wikipedia)
I would absolutely love to do that.
i am thai live in Everett WA i missed my country Thailand
Bangkok Metropolitan regulations don’t allow street vendors on Monday, purportedly for all the pavement to be cleaned.
Yes, I learned that on that day. Lol
Thumbs Up 👍
Give it a go on another day…..🤪😜
I am going back VERY soon!
We was today there with my wife on kick scooters, we eat chicken and lukchin from the western gate girls, we feed cats and birds a bit, bother lizards with camera and had lot fun. Its realy good place to visit. They also have petpaloo what look and smels realy yummy, i am about to try it once, they was friendly.
Yeah I live that park!
Reminds me of that time I was late to Nana and failed to find a good friend but found a great friend at soi cowboy. Sometimes it’s just destiny 😂
Exactly! Life works out that way many times.
Awwww…what a profound statement !!! 💕
ภาพถ่ายได้สวยงามมากครับ
Happy to know you enjoy this video.
