A good build... The only thing I'm NOT going to be able to do yet is make the secret chest storage area (because I play Bedrock Edition Minecraft/ Minecraft Pocket Edition and you can't crawl using trapdoors in Bedrock) BUT, once Mojang decides to add that feature to Bedrock Edition I will return to this video and build the secret chest storage area.. Also, a few minor problems: 1. The fishing rod secret bridge doesn't seem to work, and 2. I'm having some problems with the top half of the working castle gate
tried the redstone gate doesnt work cant even open it from the inside. and it just gets messed up. literally followed the exact same thing you did. what a waste of time. other ideas are dope tho. maybe do an updated redstone build for bedrock? plz ;/
If you want the city gate to open and close smoothly, you can search for minecraft 紅月城門.Although it was taken by a Taiwanese, it can help you with the problem that the city gate cannot be opened

There are some steps that cannot be done in Bedrock Edition, such as bridges and city gate switches
The gate can be done, but idk about the bridge yet
