Ive always been interested in X-wing but never pulled the trigger on anything until I bought both the rebel and empire starter packs the day the came out! So excited to start playing!
I recently picked up the 2nd edition starter set on a whim because my roommate has a bunch of X-Wing models and cardboard he collected over the years and tried to get me into it a while back. I want to run Empire, but he barely has any Imperial stuff to help me build a list(two LNs and an IN), and after watching your first video on the Empire ships I decided to order the Imperial starter set, along with an Interceptor and a Defender and was wondering about the TIE Bomber. I went to YASB to play around with the loadouts and then you released this video 20 minutes later! Now I am really excited to bomb the crap out of him when my stuff arrives this week, thanks for all the info
Standard ships are ships thay have been re-released in version 2 or had new cards issued. Extended are yet to have either. If you have the ships in casual play it doesn't make much difference but if you play in tournaments you'll need to check if it's standard or extended.
@OutofArcGaming Ah ok cool, I still have my whole 1.0 collections (with the empire 2.0 conversion kit just before I quit) but I have been recently getting back into it. So these videos have been helping tons!
