For everyone if it says “cannot connnect” just go to the Apple Music tab scroll down then press sign in, hopefully that fixes it

Guys you need to sign out and sign back in to your iCloud ID and it worked 🥳🥳 thank you for this video bc I called support and checked out articles online nothing worked and it was something so simple 😅😅

I did this and it’s still not working it still says 1 shared subscription instead of four but appears as 4 shared subscriptions on the organizers phone and nothing is working as a shared subscription
