one thing that I really enjoy about this channel is how the mom is not going absolutely crazy trying to look 20 years old again. her skin is FLAWLESS, obviously, but she doesn’t look like she has had 10+ surgeries trying to “beautify” herself. she looks like she could def be a mom, but also has amazing skin! edit: hope this comment makes sense
TIP: Whatever you put into your body shows on the outside so if you have a good skincare routine but then eat junk food 24/7 its not going to give you effective results so try to limit sugar and salt

At 74, my routine is wash face with baby tearless formula shampoo, argon oil + a bit of Vaseline. Sunscreen and hat outdoors. Makeup only for meetings with family and friends.
There is no sebum coming out of your pores.... its literally just dead skincells from rubbing. Double cleansing is also not for everyone, for some it might dry out your skin.
