For some reason I came across your channel while searching for learning German channels. I was very impressed with your helpful topics for those who are looking into living in Germany. I am a bit too old to consider such a move but I enjoy watching your interactions and honest commentaries.

My wife has a direct recruitment from a friend who has been in Germany for many years already. And the requirements is only B1 Certification but when she arrived in Germany she underwent classes once a week for the B2 exams. Since she is not yet fully recognized as a nurse she then underwent trainings & classes in preparation for anerkennung exams.

So I wasn't really expecting my Lohnsteuer to be that high.🤣🤣🤣

    Hey Jen and Yvonne!
I just wanted to share my journey with you. I'm a nurse from the Philippines who moved to Germany a year ago with partial recognition. After four months of intense preparation, I passed my full recognition as Gesundheits und Krankenpflegerin last November. The process for full recognition varies depending on the Bundesland where you live or work, and the agency covers the expenses as per our contract.
I started as a nursing assistant, and I learned not only Hoch Deutsch but also Bayrish which plays a huge role in my work. Adapting and persevering to learn the language or dialect has made my job easier. It's been quite the adventure up to now 😊

Huge congrats!!! That is so amazing! Thanks a lot for sharing! Yes the dialect matters more in some area of Germany 🙈

Hmm…a video about the examination process, job application process, doctors’ working visa options, doctors’ residency programs would be really helpful. And I would also like to know about the certain requirements differing from city to city. Unfortunately I don’t know any recruitment programs.
