This was the best halftime show in years. The game was awesome too, my Rams winning made it even better! I'm familiar with all of the artists and some of their songs, but the only one I actually listen to is Eminem. And yeah, the SoFi Stadium opened in September of 2020 and is the Rams home stadium(even though they were considered the away team for this game.)

They were all a rap pioneer onto the west coast, then Snoop Dogg then Tupac Amaru Shakur well known as 2Pac. Dr Dre become a producer then he signed some of artist included EMINEM in 1999 and Kendrick in 2011. Well Eminem himself make a production and brought 50 Cent (the one who hanging upside down) 😂 he signed him with Dr Dre. 50 is becoming a dollar for sho. Um also the lady is Mary J. Blige. Kinda R&B I don't know her most but she was an artist of Dr Dre

So that first dude was Dr. Dre; Arguably _the_ most important figure in rap history as it was largely his efforts that got NWA and gangster rap mainstream. Him and Snoop Dogg are rappin' The Next Episode. Later, Dre starts rappin' California Love; another great song from the 90's which kinda sucks though cause Tupoc (another rap legend), isn't with us anymore. The next was 50 Cent rappin' In Da Club followed by Mary J. Blige singing No More Drama. Kendrick Lamar came in with M.a.a.D City and Alright. Then we cut to Eminem with Lose Yourself and end it off with Dre and Snoop with Still D.R.E. (R.I.P. Nate Dogg).
All of this and more would make great content for you to react to. Hope that helps hun! ❤

I've heard lots of praise and also lots of criticism. For me, it was a blast to the past. I'm an open minded person and I've always appreciated all kinds of music, including (but not exclusively) hip hop. I came of age listening to it, and remember when it first went mainstream in the 80s. I have since deleted from my music collection (100% digital now) any song that references killing police officers, that is just my choice. Still, there lots of music from the earlier hip hop era (and some newer) that I like to listen to from time to time. So, I see this halftime show as celebrating one particular genre of music and that's a good thing. Who knows, maybe next year it'll be country music..
