Celtic won't spend 15 million on a player because they would have to pay equivalent wages which would cause problems in the dressing room and they can't pay everyone that type of money as there is only so much money to be made in Scotland they would end up in trouble. Ye but had they say spent 5 mil on miovski maybe 3 or 4 mil on a lb say cochrane from hearts in Jan it would have made a dif last few weeks
