Wondering if you still have this couch over two years later? If so, how is it holding up? My wife and I just bought our first house and we are in the same deep space continuum trying to find a couch we like!

I am in the struggle of trying to find a couch. Had no idea there as soo much to it, design, firmness, cost. After 4 trips to the furniture store its a total situation that I’m over. So on the even of cyber Monday, I would love to know if you still like your couch? Also, I like a couch that has some support (firmness; not too soft). How is it holding up from this perspective. Thanks for the review.
Worst purchase I have made; if it wasn't for the fact that I had been without a couch for 3 months (divorce) and just didn't want to start looking for a new couch I would have returned the whole thing. Took them over 3 weeks to send it the couch to me, they only put the requirement for the signature on one box so the UPS guy delivered 75% of my sofa and took the other piece back to the depot and I had to go and get it. Then (it's modular remember) they sent me the wrong parts, so I had half a couch, the arm was poorly made and the screw-in grommets were missing so I couldn't mount the feet, also they shorted me 4 feet screws so I couldn't even mount the feet if I wanted to. It has taken them a further 3 weeks to ship me the replacement parts (that is the scheduled delivery I still haven't received them) so after ordering at Christmas (it's mid Feb) I still don't have a couch. Great idea, dodgy build quality, service kind of sucks - they say 'sorry' a lot but it doesn't help! Buy with extreme caution.
This seems consistent with other complaints I've read. Thanks for adding it to the conversation. Curious if, after all the crazy logistical challenges, you're at least satisfied with the comfort of the thing? (If not even that - then wow. Definitely looking elsewhere.)
No, I've now owned it for two months and it just isn't that comfortable! There isn't enough padding in the arms so you can't swing your legs over them (I now have an old quilt draped over the arm so I can do this) and there is something going on with the material, it's great for not absorbing stains etc. (which they state was one of their design goals) but again the material just feels uncomfortable when you sit on it for periods of time, like watching a two hour movie. In my price range I regret simply not going for my other choice which was from that big box Swedish firm where you have to build everything! I totally fell for the idea of modularity, my feeling is that if I had been able to see and sit on one before purchase I would have said 'no'. Also, one point of annoyance is that the product is sold with the 'made in America' idea attached, it's actually manufactured in Mexico. I'm laughing at the number of people listed below who go on about the usb charging feature, at this point that is all the couch has going for it!
I'm sorry to hear the struggle! The modularity aspect must just involve far too many compromises. And not being able to try furniture out feels like it's becoming the standard. All these internet mattresses are that way - and I fell for one of those recently. (The 100 night return policy really just meant that they junk it - which made me feel pretty guilty.) But I digress. . . . Greatly appreciate you sharing your experience, Ron.
James, thanks. Yes the continuing move of all retailers onto the web presents an interesting problem i.e. not being able to 'test drive' any product... I have my theories but interested to see how that one plays out!

I've been looking at Sactionals but they are pretty pricy. Atleast 2,600 for a love seat.

Yes, the charging ports are pretty nice. We tuck the cords between the cushions when we're not using them!
