My advice may be seem harsh but it is the truth. Stop being a cry baby. Take responsibility of your life. Don't go around youtube explaining your problems instead start taking action. Be hard on yourself. You are the result of millions of years of human evolution. Don't let it go to waste by being weak and vulnerable. Look in the mirror and decide that you need to change. It's not easy. It's hard. Very hard. But this is what defines your character. If you can easily buckle under pressure, you are not fit to handle the pressure of a job like civil services.
