Cateen is a pianist on TH-cam that I would love seeing you react to, you won't regret it. Especially some of the following pieces:
- preserved Valkyrie
- perditus paradisus
- everlasting message
- flügel
These were songs made for Japanese rhythm games called soundvoltex (SDVX) and beatmania and I've always loved the composition of the songs in those games

In my opinion you could really make these videos a bit longer, either by reacting to the entire pieces or by reacting to more songs. Its very enjoyable to watch
Another anime piano cover YTer whom I like is HalcyonMusic. His 200 anime songs in 1 video is great, though it's half an hour, and, uh, jumps between pieces left and right, which might not work for a cohesive analysis, so it's fine if that's a no-go for you. He has plenty of other videos which would likely work better

I wanna recommend the amazing anime composer/pianist/lyricist Sawanohiroyuki this man makes anime op/ed/ost.
Do checkout The First take Sawanohiroyuki- aLIEz and Belong.
I wanna do recommend his emu project suite but you might not able to hear the piano.
Cause the other instruments take more of the sound.
But if your interested of his work definitely react his Attack on Titan emu project suite.

Fonzi means a lot to me i love his arrangements even tho i hate anime but i know this sounds bad but i was serverly anorexic for quite a while mainly because of some piano things and he as a larger guy playing so well just made me a lot more comfortable
