Just drill into that plastic cover. And put tape on it afterwards…it’s never ever seen

All of you guys don't remove the "big black" cover. Why is this? Can it not be removed? It looks like some green torx tabs and some 8 or 10 mm bolts. What am I missing?

The window regulator is attached at the back side. It doesn’t allow it to be removed without removing the window. That’s the point; don’t remove the window and still remove the handle. Less work, more money.
