Its harder in practice because it takes time for us to train ourselves to WAIT for the trading conditions to develop properly before placing the trade. Everything about the society we live in is now, now, NOW. Breaking ourselves from that conditioning is the true battle.

this technique is very fruitful combined with other strategy. The key levels are really important while analyzing the stock the price can react to major levels in higher timeframes more effectively

Have to watch it multiple times and keep on searching for DNS on charts... :) after watching your video i hope i can build some patience to wait for the price to come near me and then take the trade. @@anemicbeats Then you need to write down rules and stick to them. Also practice on a demo/paper trade account until you have more confidence in you.
To make it easier to find the supply and demand zones. Use the Heikin Ashi charts. Easier to spot
