he just pressed the clutch (disengaged the engine) and the bus went driving with it self (gravity thing) without the help of the engine. like going downhill with a bicycle without turning the pedal.
He is turning off the Air condition (A/C). Don't know the real purpose, maybe for more power. And before approaching a hard turn or sloppy curve the driver will usually adjust body height for the bus which is associated with the air suspension(not in this video but you could watch a full length video from my channel.)
nothing must be overdone, he drives like a semi-trailer from a truck and planes the tires on the spot a few more times and it will make cracks on your tires and they will bang. You are far from professionals, you will understand behind the wheel of a TIR
