First time visitor to your channel, great vlog, looks like you were lucky with the crowds! Regarding World of David Walliams, I think that will be changed around a bit when Project Horizon opens in a couple of years. That will be situated in the backstage area behind Flavios and the carousel, so that area may well open up a lot more but no-one is really sure yet!
Great to hear you've fallen in love with the place, to be honest its hard not even if you have a bad day there! In my mind, it definitely is the jewel in Merlin's crown. I took my kids there when they were the age of yours and now my eldest is 25 and is an adrenalin junkie like me and sees Towers as her second home too!!
I'd recommend you visit again when they have events on - the next one is Oktoberfest next month, then Scarefest in October then the fireworks on the 1st weekend of November. Mardi Gras is in May/June. The fireworks shows they put on in November many say are better than Disney's! All the events are pretty much family friendly and are free (except scaremazes of course but based on last couple of years they had a family-friendly one where kids collected sweets by trick or treating!). Have a look at some of my videos on here, I have the 2021 and 2022 fireworks shows plus some clips from Mardi Gras this year and Oktoberfest 2021 and 2022.

We definitely want to try some of the events at Alton Towers! If it wasn't for the distance, we would be there more! Thank you for watching!

Quick question about Merlin annual pass gold, 3 days booked at each venue? Is that at one time, or 3 bookings at a time?

I believe that's spread across the year. We've never needed to use three days in a row. Sorry cant give better advice x
