I heard this from Kaden on a video interview...he also said that he was woken up around 2:43 and Jack was awake playing beer pong with Noah and two girls and a couple others then went back to sleep until Jack ran in around 5 to say Noah was dead. And when they arrived at the scene where Noah was, he saw him wearing the black shorts and Jack, emotionless was chatting with one of the truck drivers...his best friend, but he was not emotional?! Then one of the truckers told them to leave, but Jack remained and at some point after that, the black shorts disappeared. And when did Jack sleep as he mentioned in the text to his dad Caleb? And some of these kids just went back to sleep...and Jack was texting his dad about going fishing and to bring him a hat?! They need to haul ALL of those kids in and interrogate them about that nights events!
Jacks message to his dad and his time of 5:53 and the fishing trip is clearly an alibi. Why wouldn’t he make sure Noah came back if Noah was supposedly supposed to go fishing with him. Noah wanted to leave. Asked people to take him home but no one would but took others home. And jacks dad said he woke up late but never seen that stated in the messages just to bring him a hat and he would meet him at the boat ramp. Parents were at the house I believe before ohp was even on the scene. And removed the fire arms from the house. Was it because of jealousy and rage why this happened? I think this boy was beaten to death. Injuries are consistent with dragging and beating. He obviously didn't give himself these horrific injuries. This boy had numerous Injuries that alone, would have resulted in his death. Overkill by someone or somebodies. Rest in peace Noah. Jack Newton Noah's inseparable friend is also the nephew of the former Police Chief, Bill Straily, who is now the Fire Chief. If that isn't enough to warrant a federal investigation, I don't know what is. But still to this day the FBI are not involved it has only been the local authorities and the OSBI (Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation). FBI is the Federal Bureau of Investigation meaning federally not local state like the OSBI, yes Oklahoma has their own Bureau of Investigation which should never be confused with the FBI, but for some reason people think they are the same. I personally feel it is a cover up by the local authorities but take my opinion with a grain of salt. Jack Newton the "inseparable best friend" to Noah is the former police chief Bill Straily's nephew. Bill Straily is currently the fire chief now. I feel it is a cover up and from the information I have gathered I have no other options but to throw out there that Noah and Jack had some type of relationship that was more than friends, and a girl was involved, Jack's new girlfriend Carter and Noah got jealous and told Carter about him and Jack and then Carter brought it up to Jack and Jack and his friends decided to get rid of Jack's "problem". I there were some party goers from TX and wondering it they are friends or family of Howards. I have questions about what the Combs sisters got into a heated argument about and if that is part of the conflict that may have ended with a beat down that went too far. Also, do you have any info on Tyler Hardy, since he seems to be lying about Noah's body not being "tampered with".

The only information available that connects Jack and Caleb Newton is from Kayden forgive me if I misspelt the name. Everything is considered gossip and alleged information. No one except for the family will know any more information about the FBI's investigation until it is complete and is ready to present to the public. This is definitely an interesting case. One of the most telling things is none of his so called friends stopped by Noah’s home after he died. This is massively sus behavior. It’s been stated Noah was very drunk and two girls “helped him shower” to try and clean him up and sober him up. He then supposedly asked his friends GF if he could sleep in her bed. I think it is a jealousy thing with his friend and Noah making a drunken pass at his GF. Young guys are dumb and capable of horrible shit when in a jealous rage, especially if not sober. Jack and Noah were playing a friendly game of beer pong at 2:43am claims the same friend who says Jack came in at 5:15am (in an excited/anxious/upset manner) saying his friend Noah was (dead). What this friend doesn't know is that Jack went to bed ~ 3:00am. (Thus, both were asleep and can not vouch for the other after ~ 3:00am-ish.) The friend Kayden claims to know nothing about ... the ATV ride, ATV accident, shower, changing if clothes AFTER a 2:43am timeline. So, when did that happen? Kayden was also asleep berween 2:00am and 2:43am but, when he awoke Jack & Noah were playing a friendly game of beer pong - no friction noted. And Noah walking off and leaving after 2:43am Kayden claims he knows nothing about as well. He CAN NOT confirm ATV accident, shower, if Jack was awake/asleep, Jasmine knowing about Noah can't be found or just leaving/walking off - "missing". And, the inverse could be true ... Jack (if sleeping around 3:00am +/-) can't vouch for Kayden as well. And, likewise was Jack oblivious to ATV ride, ATV accident, the shower, changing of clothes and Noah walking off or leaving PRIOR to 3:41am? Jack's barely asleep the same as Kayden. Did they both miss? But, who wakes Jack up? Before ~ 5:00am? To presumably let him know ... Noah is missing. Or, did Jack get up for a fishing trip early and notice Noah was gone? Jack and Noah are "good" at 2:43am per Kayden. Jack is visibly upset (loud) about his friend's at 5:15am. And, Jasmine reports Noah "missing" at or by 3:41am. And, presumably Jack and Kayden went/fell asleep ~ 2:43-3:00. Was there an ATV ride? Accident? Shower? Why didn't Jack and Kayden hear anything? Lights out. Or, the girl having the party? Or, was she ALSO aware. IF ... there was an ATV ride, accident, shower ... then oerhaos ... Noah did walk off ... as Jasmine claims. And, 3:41am is a DANGEROUS time to be alone at night... out in the open ... exposed to evil. No "hit and run" doesn't necessarily mean anyone at the party is responsible... even if found in that location & condition. (Things that go bump in the night. Night prowlers.) No one at the party appears injured(?) The few known. And, no one at the party heard or saw or awakened by a physical altercation. Jasmine ~ "knows" ... Noah left or walked off. And, Jack believes her/Jasmine ... when ~(later) told. Jack is TOLD by Jasmine ... Before or After Jack finds Noah is unclear. But, Jack appears to believe Jasmine. (Simply stating not that unusual for Noah. He's done so in the past. (But, Jack did not witness.) Jack and Kayden were sleeping when Jasmine noticed/claimed Noah is "missing". Timestamp 3:41am But, see Noah's family delima. Was it a stranger danger encounter .. and kids are confused as well (if not "hit and run" - and now it's not)? Or, ... could "friends" or party goers have been involved? And, who's hiding what from the family. And, worse Jack & Kayden may have been asleep ... and know nothing. Can anyone confirm if Kayden knows the ATV ride, accident, shower, (maybe) change of clothes was before 2:00am? Before 2:43am? As NO BEEF seen between Jack and Noah at 2:43am. And, Kayden claims he quickly fell back to sleep. And, Jack goes to sleep ~ 3:00am. Jasmine is up. Noah is up. And, Noah had tried to go to bed/asleep earlier. But not allowed ... where he chose to sleep. A bed. And, Jasmine claims he's "missing" by 3:41am? Who else was awake besides ... Jasmine and Noah? Perhaps no one. Unknown. Thus, could Noah have left for a walk ... if upset? But, also UNKNOWN what 1 of 3 ... 911 callers reported seeing. And, calls may or may not be in order. (So, what's up with that? And, whos the caller? Time?) HOW did Noah get there ... on foot? Tossed? Driven by any type vehicle in the area or ATV? Stranger or kids at a party; with most asleep. What happened to Noah's finger tips? Mouth? Head? Who would remove Noah's shorts after 5:30am and fold them after KAYDEN left? (Or, who put them on before Jack and or Kayden arrived? Would Jack cover or dress his friend before ~5:15am to help preserve his dignity - if shorts even seen or found?) Why did 1 of 3 911 callers report ... I think his "shorts" are in the street (shorts? Where's his underwear if wearing any?) [Could Noah have left on foot wearing Noah's cap? Or, did it go missing another way? Ever Found? Kept as a trophy?] What did Jack see at ~ 5:00am - 5:10am? Shorts on or off? Visible from his location if lying in the street? Why does a trucker and Kayden not see the same thing?! Timestamps and names of 911 callers not available to compare with Kayden's timeline and his version of witnessed account. And, why not ask Jack for his as well. Did someone put Noah's shorts back on? Who? Motive? Why did Kayden get a "handtowel" to cover if Noah's shorts were seen on? Motive? (To cover what? Why?) Were or could 1 or both friends have been concerned with Noah's dignity. (?) But, first were shorts off? Then back on? Then off again? And, of course by whom .. no one's asking!?! Who and Why? How were such wounds/injuries ... possible? The How. And, where's the biological evidence? Missing. From the shower (?)... or separate unknown crime scene? Like a vehicle or wooded area close by? Was the shower PRIOR TO the witnessed 2:43am friendly beer pong game between Noah and Jack? (Was this Kayden's account as well?) And, if so ... where's the biological evidence near Noah WITH all those "NEW" injuries ... partially at THAT scene (broken tooth near by). Kayden didn't report such injuries at 2:43am. Can't dismiss Jasmine's claim ... Noah left on foot ... by himself ... before 3:41am. Possible & Plausible. (If shower at the house before 2:43am from ATV accident). More needed to show/prove probable. The injuries alone .. might. And, an original unknown (crime) scene? Could the grass/debri on Noah's shoes help answer? And, what time did Jasmine see or notice Noah left? How soon before 3:41am was he gone from the party? Did Jasmine wake Jack up to tell him? Help her find and or inform him that Noah was missing? Time? Near 4:00am? Or, closer to 5:00am? What or who woke Jack up? To search for Noah? Presumably ... from what persons (there) are saying. Did Jasmine/anyone tell Noah? She must have.(!?Right?!) Jack went to bed at ~ 3:00am, didn't see Noah walk off (but knows he does at times if upset) and by 5:00am to 5:15am is looking for Noah and finds him? About a mile down the road. Using The ATV to search. So, ATV is not ... broken. Operable. And, Noah's phone was there in the ATV the whole night? (At least from 5:00am to 5:15am when Jack used ATV to search for Noah.) Celltower data could easily confirm how long Noah's phone was in the ATV. If there since the ATV accident and left there without ATV moved or used. Why aren't there more witnesses ... who know Noah left on foot? Were Jasmine & Noah the only 2 awake? And, if Jack & Kayden are both sleeping (and others) ... why is Jasmine not being believed? Because ... there could be another UNKNOWN crime scene ... if not a hit and run. (Tend to agree.) But, where could be ... anywhere ... and by anyone. Including (but not limited to) a stranger while on foot. And, Jack, Kayden and at least 4 others are not claiming to have heard or seen any altercation past 2:43am. One of the most telling things is none of his so called friends stopped by Noah’s home after he died.
This is massively sus behavior.
It’s been stated Noah was very drunk and two girls “helped him shower” to try and clean him up and sober him up.
He then supposedly asked his friends GF if he could sleep in her bed.
I think it is a jealousy thing with his friend and Noah making a drunken pass at his GF.
Young guys are dumb and capable of horrible shit when in a jealous rage, especially if not sober.
Very sad no one has come forward with more info.

Jack and Noah were playing a friendly game of beer pong at 2:43am claims the same friend who says Jack came in at 5:15am (in an excited/anxious/upset manner) saying his friend Noah was (dead).
What this friend doesn't know is that Jack went to bed ~ 3:00am. (Thus, both were asleep and can not vouch for the other after ~ 3:00am-ish.)
The friend Kayden claims to know nothing about ... the ATV ride, ATV accident, shower, changing if clothes AFTER a 2:43am timeline. So, when did that happen? Kayden was also asleep berween 2:00am and 2:43am but, when he awoke Jack & Noah were playing a friendly game of beer pong - no friction noted. And Noah walking off and leaving after 2:43am Kayden claims he knows nothing about as well. He CAN NOT confirm ATV accident, shower, if Jack was awake/asleep, Jasmine knowing about Noah can't be found or just leaving/walking off - "missing".
And, the inverse could be true ... Jack (if sleeping around 3:00am +/-) can't vouch for Kayden as well. And, likewise was Jack oblivious to ATV ride, ATV accident, the shower, changing of clothes and Noah walking off or leaving PRIOR to 3:41am? Jack's barely asleep the same as Kayden. Did they both miss?
But, who wakes Jack up? Before ~ 5:00am?
To presumably let him know ... Noah is missing.
Or, did Jack get up for a fishing trip early and notice Noah was gone?
Jack and Noah are "good" at 2:43am per Kayden.
Jack is visibly upset (loud) about his friend's at 5:15am.
And, Jasmine reports Noah "missing" at or by 3:41am.

Would Jack cover or dress his friend before ~5:15am to help preserve his dignity - if shorts even seen or found?) Why did 1 of 3 911 callers report ... I think his "shorts" are in the street (shorts? Where's his underwear if wearing any?)

Why did Kayden get a "handtowel" to cover if Noah's shorts were seen on? Motive? (To cover what? Why?)

How were such wounds/injuries ... possible? The How.
And, where's the biological evidence? Missing.

Can't dismiss Jasmine's claim ... Noah left on foot ... by himself ... before 3:41am. Possible & Plausible. (If shower at the house before 2:43am from ATV accident).
More needed to show/prove probable. The injuries alone .. might. And, an original unknown (crime) scene?

And, Noah's phone was there in the ATV the whole night? (At least from 5:00am to 5:15am when Jack used ATV to search for Noah.) Celltower data could easily confirm how long Noah's phone was in the ATV. If there since the ATV accident and left there without ATV moved or used.
Why aren't there more witnesses ... who know Noah left on foot? Were Jasmine & Noah the only 2 awake?
And, if Jack & Kayden are both sleeping (and others) ... why is Jasmine not being believed?
