Thank you for your gift. I am a victim of domestic abuse involving gun violence. The judge sided with my ex and believed all of his lies. My son and I were homeless for three weeks, but we eventually found a home, although we were misled about its hygiene. The divorce is leaving me broke, and I am scared I won’t be able to support my son. It's incredibly difficult to accept that my ex is getting away with so many vile acts through the court system. I also discovered that "friends" were reporting to him. I feel broken and unsure if I can put the pieces back together.
To avoid any contact with him, I decided to give up our dog. I don’t wish him harm; I simply ask for what is fair financially and for the chance to be completely free of this toxic situation.

I am the Phoenix Rising from the ashes and have been through so much in the last year including my father's death last year on Valentines Day due to a massive heart attack, not to mention I lived a life of homelessness and being displaced due to a house fire last year on September 1st, 2023 and I had no insurance. I was homeless and displaced for 8 1/2 months due to my house fire, and now I have been in my new apartment for the last 5 months.
