Please does it mean that if i studied any course either PG or Masters that is not on the Green list, i will not be allowed to stay back at NZ after study? Or can i be allowed to stay after my post graduate work permit?

Irrespective of the fact that the program is listed on the green list or not, you can enjoy upto one year and three years of PSW respectively.
If you can find an employer accredited work visa after psw , you can continue staying there

If you are primarily interested in gaining practical skills and entering the workforce quickly, a PG Diploma might be a good choice.
If your career goals involve research, academia, or leadership roles that require advanced knowledge, a Master's degree would be more appropriate.
