I’ve always enjoyed Jodi’s makeovers and while the prices are extremely dated, the thought process of how to update and upgrade the spaces is still valid. Of course, in the USA, most landlords won’t let you paint or make certain types of changes, but it’s still enjoyable to see what Jodi does.

$1,100? Wow, where do they live? With utilities included? Holy smokes! You can get a studio for that price in Florida, but no utilities included.
These are very, very old episodes from 2008 - 2010, so none of the price information will make sense.
