yo dustin you should look into silicone props for a truly flinch worthy challenge , via realistic looking props like a falling bed of nails that is actually rubber nails , the flinch affect comes from actually feeling the rubber nails make contact ,but causing no injury. i recommend sam Reynolds advanced materials

To see who goes in the box first, drop objects onto an unbreakable box. Whoever's box is broken first has to go first.
Ngl, you guys should build your own suits of armor out of things you find from Home Depot, and then Trent tries to break each one of them, and whoever’s suit of armor lasts the longest, wins.
