@@Snick_ uhhh this is a confusing question but i'll try my best to answer. you need the sound test cartridge to gain the palettes.
@@Snick_ it's the place you get the fatal error cartridge. which is in you can't run. click the red cartridge.
@@colinwedig2552 thank you, I finally got it, I didn't know that was clickable since my fingers block the highlights and it's hard to see. We can delete all this and hide it away now.
