I really liked the improvised mechanic for the final leg of the titular stampede, because having each player rolling the dice for the bison gives the impression of each player representing a different bison. So one bison tripping doesn't effect things that much, but multiple would, being dependent on how each bison preforms; it felt organic and satisfying. In general it was a cool, "going west to find new lands" style conflict that feels distinct both narratively and mechanically from campaign 1, while being just as engaging. The Leonin already give a great first impression, but the crew is probably right that the centaurs may not be as destructive as they let on, and it's all the result of nuance from a long held feud between the two.
