I can't tell you how much I have learn watching your videos !😊 Before I was only using HH bnf presets. Thanks to you I can now set a plane up on my transmitter according to the book and have audio events. The only thing is your background lighting is at the top just above the screen and it makes a glare on the screen. Other than that,keep up the good work and thank you for the help!

I have an NX8+. I bound to a Sportx 1.1 and downloaded their on board setup. It put elevator, aileron and rudder modes on separate switches. I moved them all to switch F. I ended up with double sounds for this switch. Is the there a way to delete one of the sound sets other than setting to which I did. I also set switch B audio and then discovered flight mode had an audio so I have double audio when I moved switch B. Again I set audio to but could have turned off the fight mode audio. I ended up with eight switch setups (three are ) but the “add switch” option is not there.
After you finish setting your switches for a plane, do you have to power off the radio to save the settings. I was trying to set up multiple planes and when I switched to my second plane, the settings on the first plane were lost.
Can I put vario on the G switch 0, and silence on the 1 position and altitude on the 2 position? I am trying to be able to switch from one to the other or have both off at the same time on just the one switch Thank You. Wayne C. Central NY
Push middle button of three on left side of screen.You will see a speaker top right on screen with a bar highlighted showing a number. Use the scroll wheel to turn volume up and down. When you get the volume you want push the scroll wheel to enter and it will call out the volume percentage.
@@BDTennessee Hi, yes I did, but there is no sound on the switch, I just must say that I lost all the sound on my NX6 and had to send it to my Spektrum agent to put right so maybe the program that they used to get it back to factory setting some how lost the sound on that switch (sorry it`s a bit of along storey). As I have only one plane on my transmitter I will wait till the end of the year and put the transmitter back to when I got it out of the box. thanks for your help. Eddie

Great video! Can you set two voice statements per switch position. IE: position one says two things position two says two things and position three says two things.this being on a three position switch of course.

Very helpful video. Is there a maximum number of audio events for switches? I used the Draco template for my NX8 and when I add an event for my safe mode switch I loose my throttle cut switch events. It appears there is maximum seven events. Is this correct?
@@BDTennessee apparently if you inhibit a switch event in a template you loose that slot and can't add an more new ones... Down to two switch events now 🤔😒
Push the back button to the left of the screen.You will notice top right on screen a graph bar and value of 50 show up. Scroll the wheel to right to increase number,which is the volume.Push wheel in to use that volume level.It will call the volume out in the new sound level.

@@austinlangley4539 if you have a smart esc and telemetry receiver you can get more detail readouts. If you dont have both those with the batter you need the voltage cable to integrate into your setup.
i have the spektrum NX8 but i have a little problem with the throttle. each time i use the throttle, there is a horrible bit sound. it make me crazy.... do you know how disable that ? i have already look at all options and i have always that. i have also that when i create a new aircraft planes.
Settings > Timers > Click next on bottom right until you get to last screen > Timer Start: INH / Timer Stop:INH (Set both from Tone to INH) If you want a video reference look at video i made "Timers explained"
I used to have 8 options with 5 of them assigned. Now only have 3. 2 are gone and can not add any more, 3 is max. What happened, why did this change and how do I get them back to add more
There is a glitch in the system when you add double callouts mostly.System limits how many can be edited and you cant setup the max of 8. So how you fix it is. Act like your going to add new event.Go through each switch (A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H)like your going to assign it,then clear all 3 positions to silence. Dont back out from the event your in, at after ever switch just cycle through. It will then release the other spots and you can go to max 8 again
@@BDTennesseedidn't work. Went to switch change report then add new sound event then cycled each switch changing to silence even if it was already. But still only 3 spots available. Then tried each switch individually by add new sound event, change all positions to silence, then back to switch change report then back into add event, repeat for each switch...tedious process but still only 3 slots.
@@excchp2284 try going in and doing one at a time.Everytime you reset 3 position on switch back out and go back in. I had this happen before and one of those 2 methods did it.
Having the IX12 I was spoiled on being able to create "Custom" audio files. That's probably the ONLY thing I don't like on the NX10. The stock audio in the NX10 is really missing a few things that I would like to use. Simple things like "Gyro On/Off" Things like that.
I’m trying to set up audio events. When I get the switch I want and the switch position I want I don’t have all the choices you have for the audio. I have an NX8. Please help.

Doesnt have reverse thrust on list. I would use Braking On and Off.

Currently not available on NX series...
I have a new NX 8 that alarms constantly on any throttle. A flight buddie tried yet the transmitter ALARMED constantly with any throttle.

The transmitter is cool. It just Alarms 100 of the time.I have ihibited all alerts and my Draco is repaired.

You would need custom audio editor which isnt supported currently for NX transmitters.

There doesn't seem to be a call out sign for reverse thrust. I have a Turbo Timber Evolution and it would be nice to hear forward and reverse thrust.

When using a template the audio events can be limited to lower number. If using a clean model (no template) the most you can have is 8.

Click on "All Sound List". Sound list contains all the audio options.

You can turn them up.I had the sound lowered so didnt blast audio into mic.
