Yes, here’s to all the women of the world - definitely the better half of humanity 🤷🏻♂️✌🏼. And we are very fortunate to have this collection of these particular 5 women - Band Maid! A true treasure of the rock world. Saiki’s vocals are incredible on this track and of course the instrumentation, arrangement and playing is top notch, as always with this band.
Just wish the Zepp Tokyo version of this song was still on Band-Maid's channel. This is a perfect blend of melancholy and hopelessnes as well as an excellent exercise in dynamics.
Its not Mincho's longest guitar solo but its her favorite to play. It grabs you right by the feels. You dont really pay much attention to the words but hear that "Dont Go!" and then the guitar solo feels so yearning, you can not help but be effected by that. it ripped a tear out of me writing this. We all have that "lost love" at some point in our life.
This is the best rock ballad since Evanescence - My Immortal...It's my favourite MAIDs track...It touches my soul and bring me to tears everytime I hear it....Because I Daydream about my partner who I lost to cancer in 2017. I know she would of loved this band as much as I do.

I finally subscribed to your channel and here are some suggestions regarding women’s bands and artists. Probably over 90% of the currently best female rock and metal bands come from Japan. Personally, Band Maid is my favorite, but there are other incredibly good bands, of which I will mention a few: Nemophila, Lovebites, Aldious, SCANDAL, DOLL$BOXX, Gacharic Spin, Mary's Blood, Show-Ya, SILENT SIREN, TRiDENT, Bridear, Brats, Stereopony, Destrose, Cynthia, Noodles etc. Outside of Japan, I know of only 2 bands that can currently be compared in quality to Japanese. These are fantastic 3 sisters from Mexico who perform called "The Warning" and a new young Korean band called Rolling Quartz. I would also mention the mixed Japanese trio Asterism because it features the sensational female guitarist HAL-CA, who is currently 18 years old. I hope that you will take into account some of these female musicians in your intention to dedicate the month of March to women.

I have given it time, but know it sometimes takes 10 or more years for great bands to be "an overnight success."
