Now that I look at 1:17 more closely, Donnie's eyes are different from the others, like the pupil isn't black, that, in my opinion could be the artist trying to sort of show that he's possibly getting a bit light headed/dizzy from blood loss, but it's not bad enough for him to be unable to seem okay, but of course that's a huge assumption, considering the fact his blood loss might've been mostly avoided until he took off his battle shell(?), which might've stopped the blood from coming out, maybe even causing a scab to be possible, but was ripped off when he took of the battle shell, as to why he suddenly started bleeding (possibly again).
