CPR should be performed with two fingers in the center of the chest, on the sternum, between the nipple line for 30 compressions followed by two breaths. The baby's feet is one of the sensitive parts of the baby the "tapping" of the feet is to try and get the baby to react to the taps and the call "baby baby to see if the baby is responsive if not you check the pulse under the armpit then proceeded with the CPR.
Talking to the baby is standard procedure. For Liability reasons and for Parent reasurance. People talk to dogs! Why get surprised if a reasured voice talks to the baby? A voice can bring you back! because SOMEONE has NOT Given up on You!
Absolutely talk to the baby but not asking the baby questions like are you okay? That's totally redundant the baby needs to hear a soothing reassuring voice. Not yes or no questions that he can't answer
like the vids. short and to the point. the high pitched "heart beat" noise at the beginning is a little alarming. this was 13 years ago. is it still 30/2 breaths for adult, child and infant, in out the the hospital settings?

Hey, just curious, gonna talk to foreman today, but I'm an apprentice electrician and was thinking about job safety and about first response watched your adult CPR video and a couple others and was wondering what kind of training do we offer guys who want to be educated in first response for common work place injuries and if there isn't that kind of training what can we do to encourage more people to get that education job sites are pretty safe now but I still think it's a good way to facilitate knowledge

Its 15:2, you need to provide more oxygen to infant, due to the reason of cardiac arrest in infants- blockage of the airways
For 1rescuer is 30 for 2 rescuers is 15

Well it doesn't really matter what he says, as regards "baby are you ok" - he's more talking to himself/viewers to show what he's checking. I'm more concerned about how he spends 45 seconds between the time he arrives on the scene (4:03), and does his first chest inflation (4:48). Whatever chance there was of avoiding brain damage due to lack of oxygen, will be severely reduced by wasting that much time. Start as quickly as possible as soon as you are positive there is no pulse/breathing.
Yea, this is an instructional video where he is explaining everything he's doing for the benefit of the viewer. It shouldn't need to be explained to anybody with a semblance of common sense that he'd be faster in a real emergency. The fact that you timed him and noted the video time as well because you thought you'd caught him out in some huge mistake that made you seem smart is quite laughable...

This is NOT the military. How about, ""You in the red shirt, please call EMS/911, and then if you could come back as help will be needed. Thank you." Honestly, if someone say the 1st to me, I'm under no obligation to help, BUT WILL CERTAINLY, QUICKLY assist in the 2nd scenario !!!!
