Remove ATI or AMD Catalyst Control Center from the Desktop Right Click Menu 2021

Today I faced this issue, even though I removed all the drivers, AMD Graphics drivers, I still got that right click menu or context menu ATI or AMD catalyst Control Center, so I found a way on how to remove it, and this will work for both Laptop and Desktop Windows Computers.

I have an old Ati card 3850HD and as i try to install drivers for my win10 , its done but catalyst app not opens, and also there is no msg to reboot system. So when i go to options to uninstall it, i see its grey, i cant click it to uninstall. Could my graphic card is half damaged? i think i use it before some time in an old computer and it crashes sometimes when i play game. But i dont remember well.

Maybe the Windows 10 operating system does not support the old graphics card software.
