Don't ignore the negative comments for they the ones which will help you rectify your design. I feel that one wheel on each side is easy to turn. Having 4 wheels might need a differential gear.
I see other students who buy projects outsource. It is good to see that someone has worked hard to make something new. Good job bro. U can add additional features to make it more beneficial. All the best bro.
My dad made one for carrying his ovens. The only problem he add was that the wheels axis sometimes popped out of their place due to weight (+250kgs sometimes). That's the problem of aluminum.

If you connect belt outside of those three tyres it will easy to climb and won't jingle
