Followed you for the first time at the weekend after a bad week of training and losing motivation. That workout re-motivated me and so I have been doing your workouts every day since. It doesn’t fit in with my schedule to join you at 0630 so I have been doing them at a time more suitable to me. Thought I would follow them from your first one, so I’m about a week behind. Great stuff really enjoying it. Thank you.
