This fully automatic line for rolled carded fiber pillows and cushions goes from the preparation of the rolled fiber all the way to the boxed product. It is composed of the following machines:
• Carded fiber feeding and cutting machine mod. CM-100
• Carded fiber weighing and rolling machine mod. RM-100
• An Automatic pillow stuffing, sewing and labelling system mod. EP-500
• Pillow shaking station mod. SH-100
• Automatic pillow stacking machine (optional) mod. MP-200
• Automatic pillow packaging machine mod. EB-500
• Automatic box filling machine mod. PP-100
