Hey Ryan, about to do a major refurb on my 320K km 2.7L D3. Just watched this again in preparation. Thank you so much for taking the time to produce these, extremely helpful especially the detail around the starter remove/ install. Doing the gearbox and rear main seal so I have now after watching this I have decided to remove the front diff to access the ac compressor (to access the timing pin). Bloody landrovers! Well done and all the best. Phil
Hey Andrew the landy is stripped back to a daily car and used to drive to work .I bought a 2018 toyota fortuner as my new 4wd / touring car Have bulk videos of all different cars saved ready for editing but have currently prioritised my spare time into other hobbies but probably during winter when I can't do anything outside I'll start editing my videos again I think Even though my videos are poorly editited they still take about 8 hours each to do 🤣 Nice one that v8 is a beast and holy shit are they fast 😳
There's honestly not real answer to give you for that one sorry It's a luck of the draw thing unfortunately Some people are at 500-600 km with there's Others are on there 2nd engine before 200k

Awesome video mate. Looking at your work for a moment I moved in time to the days when I took out my engine. Well done. All the best.
You need a Vera to pass you the tools, saves time.
🤣 it would help alot that's for sure
You have one advantage to us here in the UK you have no rusty bolts everything looks so clean lol
@@JohnRayKing 🤣 correct no snow and oil leaks on your landrover best rust prevention ever🤣
Welcome back Ryan, it's been awhile
Coming straight off night shift and someone eating half my sub I would cranky too! 😂
Was so looking forward to my sub haha , we laughed at that for like 20 minutes haha

Grest video. Great access to AC compressor with front diff out might be a better way of doing it.
I said those exact words to dad when doing the job,for how easy it is to pull the diff that's how I would do it for sure 🍻
Whats the latest mate lookslike 6mths since u posted. How's the Rangie performing ? I've just bought a TDV8 3.6..its a beast 😊
