There's already plenty of AP junglers in A or S tier on my 14.15 tier list, so I'd argue many of them are already quite dominant. With that being said, any change that makes them even stronger is a big win in my book. It's so fun to play champions like Morgana, Brand and Zyra, can't wait to spam them more!
