This creamy mushrooms gnocchi is so easy to make and simply delicious!
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
- 1 shallot
- 8oz sliced portobello mushrooms
- 5 Tbsp olive oil (evoo)
- 1 Tbsp butter ( I use Kerry gold salted butter)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
- 1/2 lemon
- 2-2.2 lb gnocchi (usually 2 packs)
