Is 'Spludge' a term you've created or is that a product? Is it a mixture of micro balloons/flox and resin? I like the painters tape tip too. Thanks for the video.
RoboTekno Not sure where the term comes from, I spell it splooge. The mixture varies but will usually contain at least two of three components; microballoons, cabosil and milled fiber. The blend and viscosity depends on the application. For example, the spar gets more milled fiber and less total filler, and the trailing edge is mostly microballoons and quite fluid to aid the mold close and squeeze out.
