I am not sure how this works. From my experience, I have never known someone who prayed to Jesus-Christ asking for Saint Anthony to help who did not receive their answer to their prayers. I lived in a community where this was very normal. I guess that he was a genuine God-appointed and anointed apostle. This level of apostolic mantle increase would solve so many problems in the world.
