Learn when to walk away, gentlemen. Story for y'all: I had a thing going on with my coworker for a little while. We never got to date because she was going through some things. I respected it, but she still kept showing signs of interest. After a while, I found out she was talking to someone else. I wanted to remain as friends. I ended up getting Covid for 2 weeks, and not once she texted me to get better. However, prior to Covid, I met a nice girl (who's a lawyer), that takes time out of her day to text me back. She even wished me to get better from Covid. Said coworker has made no effort to ask how I've been since Covid, nor asks me anything about my personal life anymore. The lawyer at least makes an effort with me. You never know when things get better after a possible toxic relationship.
I think you’re a little confused. She showed no interest so why would she be concerned about your well being? Don’t see that as being toxic.
If she doesn't show any concern, she isn't concerned. I'm in a similar situation, but at least she reached out every few days post an operation, to cure covid long haul symptoms of all coincidences. However, I'm not sure where it is going. It sounds like you found the out! In my case, a dear friend, we'll see where this is going.

I have had total mindfulness, gratefulness and personal success - when I found the love of my life. She doesn't play these games, and she has the most lovely personality one can imagine. She is a treasure.
For too many women, fear of losing you is built in… so much so that as soon as you attempt a relationship, they will go toxic and try to destroy your self esteem (she has none,) your friendships, (she has few if any,) and even your reputation (how dare you be popular or successful, unlike her,) so no one else finds you worthy. I've had that happen before. I see it as I was vulnerable to the wrong one and it has really hindered my ability to allow another girl the opportunity to truly know me. Going through "no contact" right now and just realizing trauma that affected the most relationship.

Self care and distance won't be much of a problem since I practice those every day. Although unlike most men, I take cold showers instead of hot ones. One of the benefits of cold showers is an increase in focus and alertness. It even strengthens your immune system. But the best benefit though is that they help you wake up much quicker in the morning

Usually when I hear broad assumptions of sorts, I try to apply them to the real world which by every standards implies that men in Alaska or Iceland should also be able to wake up early or be more focus and alert. I dont know if that is the case. But will say this is good for you and keep up if it's working. Our reality is simply what we choose to believe in.
I like your videos, however I want to mention that asking s girl to not have/hang out with guy friends is not necessarily trying to change her or control her. Most men know how other guys look at certain women. Most guys that are in the friend zone are there because they're waiting on their turn for a relationship, which means you're constantly going to have the guy friends trying to talk her into being with them, because if y'all have an argument/disagreement, who do you think she's going to talk to about it? And most guys in the friend zone live for those moments, because they're hoping that this time they will finally get their chance at a relationship. If a girl has guy friends, it's pretty much a guarantee that the relationship will eventually come to an end, because she has options and you don't. So asking a girl to not have guy friends is not controlling. It's having enough respect for yourself to not put yourself in a position to get played. Guys know that women don't want their man to have female friends. So why is it ok for women to say they don't want us talking to other women, but it's not ok for us to say that we don't want them talking to other guys? These days more often than not, when will " Monkey Branch " when they started getting bored with their current man, so being ok with them having guy friends is just setting yourself up for failure. Granted, not all women are like that, but the majority of women these days are like that. I want to mention one more thing, real quick. Of a woman is " slipping away " or acting like she doesn't want to be with you anymore, why are we as men expected to fight for someone that makes us feel like they don't want to be there? If a woman is ready to leave the relationship and you manage to talk her into staying, do you really think the relationship is going to get better? It's only going to get worse from there, because she's going to see you as well, a push over and she's going to lose even more respect for you.

Women are able to play the vulnerable/victim card, because not only does society side with them, but law enforcement and the court system as well, especially divorce/family courts. If a woman files a fake assault charge against a man, and a man files a legitimate assault charge against a woman, who do you think the law enforcement/the court system is more likely to believe...THE WOMAN. Another sad part is that the " Nice Guys " are the ones who lose the most. The Nice Guys are the plan B. Women have the choice, when it comes to dating. They spend months or years chasing the guy that won't commit, because he has options, and is not looking to settle down. After a while the woman will realize she's running out of time, and needs a secure man, to give her marriage and kids. That's where the " Nice Guys " come in. Those are the ones that she's not attracted to, but he has a house and stable job, and still makes more money than her ( that's how married men end up paying alimony ). Once she finds another guy that she is attacted to, she can divorce the Nice Guy for incompatibility, and take his house, half his money and his kids, after he spent years trying to do everything he could to keep her happy. Here's the things, guys. The only power you have in a relationship is the power to walk away. Do not be pursuing marriage, because it only benefits women, and men are the only ones that are actually risking anything. If a woman wants to leave, let her go, because someone that wants to be with you, will never think about leaving or make you feel like she don't want to be there. If a woman is valued based on how she looks ( let's face it, you wouldn't be interested if you didn't think that she looks good ) and men are valued based on what we provide, then WE are the prize. If you ask women what they bring to the table 9/10 times she's going to say Cooking, Cleaning And Taking Care Of The Kids. Yet men are expected to provide a house, pay the bills, provide the food, have a nice car, basically be a good provider. These days Men are fully capable of cooking, cleaning and taking care of their kids on their own, so what is she really bringing to the table. Men have to work for what they want, yet womenswear just have to look good, to get what they want, so who is the prize here.? WE ARE! So why are we going out of our way to please women, when they are doing nothing to please us. Women seem to think their automatically entitled to all of this special atrention, when they're doing nothing to make you feel like you're their world. Men need to understand that not every woman deserves your time and attention. Do what makes YOU happy. If she don't make an effort, then why are you? Be careful with this advice fella's, showing vulnerability and weakness around a woman, especially a strong woman will get a man kicked to the curb very quickly, she might put up with it for a short while but I wouldn't make it a habit.

The key is to balance the vulnerability and use it at the right moments. Using it too much or even at the wrong moments can give off the impression that the person is weak and childish. This perception then can work against that person

When my wife was still alive, I told her that if she had wanted to leave me, she could have done so. I also told her that if she did then she'd meet the same fate as my two most immediate exes and that would've been going to a door that was locked shut with no one answering it. End of the story and she never tried it with me. The thing is that one must provide tangible consequences for such an action if they try to do this to you. It's like a good paying job that provides a good life for you. You show your employer that you are on the job timely and you do the job competently and you keep your job and your lifestyle. You mess up and it will be gone. Different things in life but similar concepts with respect to our actions having rewards or consequences.
Now she's gone and you're alone and didn't appreciate her...that must suck.
@@spkfree2783 you're wrong about not appreciating her when she was alive. I had her for 21 years and we had never been separated from each other during that time. We were married in just six months of knowing each other so we were together for 21 years and married for 20 years and 6 months. We have two children and we resolved every problem that came our way. It was a strong relationship. With that being said, there was nothing to be said about how I could have been taking her for granted because I know what is out there. Without creating respect in a relationship, you can't get true love as a result of it. In fact, she told me that same thing when we first met. We subsequently had mutual respect for the relationship and each other.
Ironically, most of this advice is opposite of what one should do when friend zoned. (All, see that video.) I'm not going to change her, we'll see if things change. For now, I'm in the give her more space, let her reach out.
I'm definitely taking time to reply to texts, unless it is... emotional. e.g., she avoided asking about how I was doing post an operation; but at 7pm at the start of a group dance class we both take, she asked, in a group chat full of people who knew we might be something, "How is everyone doing?" Since I was the only one not in the room... That I replied to... somewhat promptly, but to the group.
Definitely, go for being the best version of yourself. That is the best advice, it builds confidence. Workout. Develop a skill. Do the self affirmation that other women find you attractive (not to cheat, to boost confidence). For now, letting her take on the initiative as I expressed.. too much.

Now honestly, when it comes to something that affects me financially, mentally, spiritually, physically or socially, I'm gonna do what is best for me and not really care how anyone feels about it.
Be vulnerable? I made the mistake early on saying being ignored is something that makes me vulnerable.
Sure enough she gave me the silent treatment every time we had a disagreement.
I said yes to everything she said, never controlled her, was very honest with her, we used to be on call from 10pm till even after we dozed off for 4 months. She ended things with me.
I'm giving up on women. Got my heart broken. It's just not worth the effort. Too many complications.

Absence doesn't seem to make people fonder in my world like it used to. It makes the 70 % narcissists angry, resentful and malicious to the extent of making false accusations of crimes to the cops. Where U live in Wisconsin, USA, accused are unconstitutionally jailed and presumed guilty until they can prove innocence. That being often difficult to do, most innocents plead guilty or no contest to gain eventual freedom after serving a sentence. Yes, that includes me.
When my ex wife moved in with me I told her repeatedly that her spoil brat 8year was engaging in behaviors that were unacceptable. She then. Secretedly made plans to move out as fast as she moved in. When I shut up after 6 months of complaining the relationship then was viewed as ok and she canceled her plans to move out
Hopefully you read this, but will doing this to someone I met online for about 2 months work? We went on a date once and had plans for another date but she said she wasn't ready for a relationship because she is emotionally unavailable . She told me alot of personal issues and trusted me to tell me and that her intentions were to get romantically involved. She's broken from her financial situation and also her past two relationships. I've stayed friends after all this as much as I can but I just want her to know I care about her and like her. She just keeps putting herself down saying things like you dont deserve me and it takes so much effort just to bring her back up. 5:39 I've made a girl know what I think about a particular person she goes out with, I never said do not hang out with the person. Over some time, she has started to come to me showing me things that has made her start to withdraw from the person. Will she stop or cut it down, only time will tell, but I won't ever ask nor tell her to stop. However, after she started to show me things, I made her know when I had returned, I avoided seeing her because I know she would be around that person.

Then as she went towards her car, maybe she remembered me and then turned and stared at me from a distance for a few secs. I was curious to go and speak to her, but I though this will creep her out as I met her after a long time. That's why I kept the distance!

I just maintained eye contact and then ignored her but later as she went near her car & before getting in the car she stared at me for a few secs and then instead of driving away she just sat in the car. I didn't understand what transpired so, I assumed she did recognize me after all these years, but I was dumbfounded to see her after such a long time, that's why I didn't approach her. I got the jitters and became a bit nervous when I saw her.
