Minnie Mouse Big Red Bow Scrunchie - no sew

We recreated the Minnie Mouse big red bow but in scrunchie form. I kept seeing the big red bow in the parks and I wanted to recreate them for myself. This scrunchie is completely no sew.
They are super easy to make.
I have worn a couple of the Minnie ears scrunchies at the parks and I absolutely love them. They are so comfortable to wear and you barely even know they are there. They are a nice alternative to the headbands.

It was exactly half the size of a normal sheet of felt from Hobby Lobby, which I believe is 9x12.
So 4.5x6. 😁

I got the white pen on Amazon and I made the circle tool with black card stock and a protractor. Then I just cut out the circles with an X-Acto knife.
