FYI I saw on another installation video any vehicle that has a "light is burnt out" detection system needs an electrical capacitor (very inexpensive) otherwise the camera will not work.
If you wanted to do that you would just connect the rear wire to an always on connection. I set it up so it only turns on when the reversing light turns on.
pfff you spend too much time talking and after 12min you've only showed us a few seconds of a stand still image? That's what we wanted to see! The rest is not important, anybody can work that out. It's about how does it perform, now we still don't know does it beep when approaching too close, can you switch the beep off? Has it adjustable focus? What is the max distance cam - screen etc. Sorry to say, this is not a good review. You ought to think more from a strangers perspective...
Sorry you did not like it and I did not show more footage of it in use. There is no beep because there are no detectors. It's just a camera that displays an image. Nothing about it is adjustable in terms of video.
Autovox makes better models with clearer high def video, but they cost more this one looks great amzn.to/3qQ59yA this M1W is what I'd expect for only $100.

None of these suction cup mount are any good always fall off. And is camera really waterproof a lot say they are and they get moisture inside lens?

The receiver will be attached to the LCD monitor.
