Nice I’d like to see the damage to the vehicles in these cases if accessible and can be used in your videos.. thanks

Thanks. Usually they don’t put property damage unless it was really minor and that becomes an issue in the case. But it would be in the write up

Hi, I text the number you provided and someone asked for the details but never got back to me. Not sure who it was but was very disappointed because they told me they would arrange a call.

Hi Arkady every single case is different because the case happened in queens august 2022 and settled may 2024 for 1.2 million less than two years they settle so the is the lawyer doing a good job all the insurance company is very good resolving it fast my point is I think the case was very fast everything in the case 👍

Obviously, the first case will be appealed, so it's possible that the Appeals Court will lower it by a lot. Isn't it best for the Plantiff's attorney to accept a compromise before the case goes to Appeals, feeling the case could end with next to nothing? Isn't it better for the hospital to offer a settlement without accepting responsibility for the injuries?

Sometimes it’s best to settle if the offer is close to the verdict. Whether the defendant offers a settlement or pays a jury verdict judgment the monetary penalty is the responsibility. There is no other penalty or repercussions in a civil case
