I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Nagpal Enterprise in Nai Wala, Karol Bagh, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was greeted with fake rates and promises of high-quality car seat covers, only to be sorely disappointed.
Firstly, the seat covers they sold me were of appalling quality, far from the promised standard. The lack of finishing was glaringly obvious, making the entire purchase feel like a waste of money.
What's worse is the unprofessional attitude exhibited by the staff, who seemed more like thugs than employees. It's impossible to discern whether you're speaking to the owner, Mohnish Nagpal, or just another worker, as they hide behind a veil of disorganization and apathy.
The so-called "wholesalers and manufacturers" facade they parade around is nothing but a sham. There's no manufacturing unit, and they're certainly not wholesalers. They're simply out to deceive customers and pocket their hard-earned money.
To top it off, the owner, Mohnish Nagpal, refuses to engage directly with clients, leaving the dirty work to his lackeys. It's a disgraceful display of customer service and business ethics.
My bad was that i paid the full amount at one go to which i should have paid a token money first and then paid the rest according to the services and then i think they have given me better service and finishing.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid Nagpal Enterprise at all costs. It's an establishment rife with deceit and incompetence, and your money is better spent elsewhere.

Their copy is made of PU (Polyurethane)
PU is kind of rubber it feels like leather shine like leather but not leather it has also many types of quality from low quality to high quality depending upon the thickness.
Almost all shoes are made up of PU (Polyurethane)
Nappa Leather is very costly and not easily available in India (10k me seat cover Nappa leather koi nhi de sakta even ek jacket bhi nhi banegi itne me)
Always go for vegan leather
(It is almost made up of cactus and it has more strength and shine than the real leather)

Pls dont order seat cover through online and WhatsApp. Their estimated dispatch time is unlimeted. So be carefull. I will take action against the TH-camr as soon as possible.,😡😡😡😡
