That's my favorite thing about kinnikuman, he is not a fearless overpowered superhero but a coward who gets stronger and put aside his fears in order to protect his friends and beloved ones.
His base power never changes, in fact he gets weaker but his max power limit always increases beyond.
I also hoped in a few years that the brand new Kinnikuman Series will be in english dubbed just like Sailor Moon Crystal, Cardcaptors: Clear Cards and Shaman King because I always wanted to hear what the characters voices sound like.
True, also, I mean no disrepsect to the VA's of Ultimate Muscle since I think them voicing the characters' cool but imo can you imagine what would happen if they got the Baki and Kengan Ashura anime Dub VA's to voice the characters from Kinnikuman? cuz' imo that would be awesome :D
Wait FLOW is singing the intro?!? And they got a show in NYC in August, oh fans are going to be begging for that song

Heh i knew Strong the Budo was going to be voiced by Akio Otsuka, this dude was born to voice menacing large men (Yujiro Hanma, All for One, Wammu, Blackbeard etc)

For anybody wanting to get into this anime the story is goofy it’s mainly just cool fights so don’t feel like you need to watch the old anime before you enjoy this one
Honestly I would really recommend at least watching or reading the Devil Chojin and Gold mask arcs.
