Check out RWS Carpet supplies for speed cat. Cost around $100 dollars with shipping to the USA/Canada. Waiting for mine in the mail. Roberts tucking tool is useful just not very good quality. Wheel gets loose real quick. Use sometimes. Try tucking with a wall trimmer.
As soon as Dan started using the wheels I could see they’re set too high. There is only one position really. I’ve been using mine for about 10 years and it’s possibly the best tool for time saving along with the Roberts trimmer there is! Enjoying the videos guys!
Very nice video explaining and demonstrating the pros and cons about each tool.
Thank you both for sharing!
You both are amazing,.Tnx for your nice educational videos.
Got a speed cat a couple of weeks ago absolutely awesome tool would not be without one now best tool in recent times and another great video.

What happens when your fitting a thick piled carpet there's no way that's going to keep it on the gripper when you stretch it across the room
Didn't dan modify his?? If so I'd like to do the same as I'm a lefty as well..

Ha ha Stair tool 🤣
I’ve been wanting one of those speed cats Since I seen Trim N Tuck using them, they look awesome and really tough
Yeah looking one myself but they have more than doubled in price over the last few years
As an American floorcoverer of 34 years I’m laughing my butt off.
What’s funny? The fact you’re American?
Lol tell us
Flip the Roberts the other way round and use it to hook on the gripper when stretching
absolutly nice, great and exhaustive video. Question : would it work for thicker materials like sisals / jute / seagrasses ?
Hi looking at getting a speed catt. Do they work on felt back just as well as hessian. Thank you
Hi what sort of cutter is he using, the one that glides on the floor? Cheers
Update comments on roberts tucking tool it is good I've got metal one Dan's got I love it
My mate just bought roberts one you can't graduate the wheels it's on the same level
looks more like a stair creaser than a tucking tool
