Deeply challenging experiences in the lives of schizophrenics. It is hard to comprehend how God accepts a presence in the 3D and manifests a challenged soul in such a manner. The Blue Rose is the paradigm of extraordinary and impossible love. He has had and shared an impossible experience for one person to imagine let alone survive on their own. So many lives are destroyed by it as they grips their lives. It is impossible for those of us without the experience, to grasp their lives and the magic you describe. It is likely the essence of their lives lived in the impossible solitude and in the fragments of the souls they manifest. It sounds like a proverbial blessing and a curse. Your story is beautiful and touching. A blessing to have experienced and heartbreak to witness as he left. Bless you Halen and thank you for sharing.

I always appreciate when you add your refreshing voice to the conversation. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and offering your compassion. 🙏 I have to say… I still believe in Gray. What are we here for, if not to simply be willing to believe in the “impossible dream” and in the extraordinary? The catch is that we must do so with zero expectations and unconditional love for the outcome of our lives. And that takes maturity…which takes time, and temperance.

You are truly absolutely beautiful Halen. Your friend has been very lucky to have you in his life. You sound like you have done far better dealing with your schizophrenic friend than I have with my mother. I gave up trying to make any sense of it long ago and definitely have never seen any "magic" in any of it. Someone who suffers the delusions of Schizophrenic will do anything to protect the illusion at all costs. It's their reality and it is absolute, to them we are the crazy ones and they will tell you that. It's interesting and mind boggling to horrifying to watch the lengths they will go to in order to protect their "reality". Watching someone you care about go from, in the beginning, "shutting down" when reality threatens their "reality" to making the needed shifts, on the fly, in the story of their reality in order to keep the delusions moving along as seamlessly as possible is interesting and heartbreaking at the same time. Over time you see the true creative power of the human mind working to keep the narrative of the delusions going in order to save itself from having to face the reality the rest of us do every day. You my dear are a true Angel. ❤

I understand. And I’m so sorry for what you’ve experienced… Have you ever seen that movie Shutter Island? It’s totally like the ending to that movie. "Which would be worse, to live as a monster or to die as a good man?" The mind is an incredible thing. Wish I could give you a big hug.

Thank you… It is devastating. I didn’t describe the full scope of his suffering because it’s not my place, but I did my best to speak upon the collective issues I’ve witnessed. The families and friends of people with this illness also suffer deeply, because there’s almost no way to help. We unfortunately have nowhere for them to exist for free, with real help, within our society…at least not here in the states. Not to mention the importance of the spiritual aspect of this illness that no one seems to want to talk about! It’s a lot! I appreciate your compassion. 🩷

Drawing on my Libra foundational need for balance, I would suggest that the Yin/yang symbol of dark and light making the whole. You need darkness to understand light and viceversa. It’s when we become imbalanced as in more darkness or too much light, that we become ‘lost’ . Also, outside of the allopathic universe, for every illness there is a cure. He has probably spent so long in his darkness and fear that to draw him out now would be extremely difficult if not impossible, but as the desiderata says, ‘You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and stars, you have a right to be here and wether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should’
