I've listened to her through grief, divorce, domestic violence, and she reminds me of being a young child, hearing my momma singing old gospel in the kitchen. May God forever uplift her. I just watched Callie Day sing 2 songs at 2024 Rev. Dr. MLK, Jr. Day celebration at the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA. She, of course, received 2 standing ovations. Callie and her beautiful instrument are such blessings.
