I love going swimming as it is a great all over body workout! Having had COVID, as you know it helps build lung strength as well. But seeing those exercises while at home I will give them a go!!

I’ve done cross train with my best friend who is also a trainer. She struggled through COVID also with her clients not coming in as often. But I’m glad I managed to still have trained one on one with her. She won’t let let me get away with not training. She’s good at cracking the whip!😜😰🥵😜

This was a very good episode, educational as well as entertaining and funny, haha. My dear Hyun has a big sense of humor ❤️😂 Your friend sure does an excellent job with his gym. I think crossfit requires a lot of work and effort. I never done it. Anyway, I think every person is different, what works for some people, does not work for others. The most important here is whatever the method of exercise a person chooses to make sure is well balanced and healthy. Taking care of our minds and bodies is key.
I truly enjoyed watching every part, especially the scene of doing the laundry on top of your friend's abs and the photoshop! 🙈🤣
