So they live longer and relatively healthier. We can see that in people’s life. Secondly, as a Buddhist I believe our previous life’s unwholesome karmas diminishing in this life when sickness or difficulties occur. Getting frequent sickness or difficulties is not entirely unfortunate one. Lastly, Pema la you have good job, good husband, and many good friends around you. You are a fortunate one in many ways. May be it is better focus slightly less on your sickness and difficulties that you have experienced. Wishing you a Happy and Healthy 2024.

I like both of you and best loved couples. You both are teachers and know everything, but pema 's health is little weak and you have to consume daily dry fruits like pumpkin seed, almond, date, walnuts and also papaya, avocado, water melon etc for your better immune system.
I suggest u to go for a full body checkup in CMC ( Christian Medical College ) vellore, Tamil Nadu.. they have the best faculties and I am so sure they will be able to figure out what the actual problem is.. I am saying this out of my own experience.. that hospital gave me another life like literally.. so I would recommend you visit this hospital in near future and happy new year to both of you..
